About 15 years ago, something in my body changed and I developed under arm odor that made me absolutely frantic! I really don't sweat much at all, but the odor was terrible (my friends said they didn't smell anything, but I could smell it, so I knew others could as well), and it was worse if I wore a tank top or something similar, where there was no fabric between my skin.
